Mr. Metin was understanding and well-intentioned, and the price was quite reasonable for the area. The rooms were generally clean, but the beds were very uncomfortable. There were lots of flies, as the area didn't seem to be sprayed adequately, and the water pressure in the rooms was too weak for a proper shower. On our last day the power went out. Luckily, Mr. Metin had another room with air conditioning and electricity, and let us move into it. Anyone visiting in high season should keep these downsides in mind, or they may be inconvenienced.

The nature, sunshine, water, fresh morning air, garden, and flowers were all wonderful. Hi Metin, thanks again for your kind hospitality. You're a professional diver, an athlete, and a good person. Wishing you all the best and a happy life. Best regards.

We were so pleased with our stay that we came back years later, and received the same warm, kind welcome. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the breakfast was wonderful, and the atmosphere was lovely. We can drive anywhere from here. Thank you, Metin.

The room design was lovely, and the place was very, very clean. We came after dark in the evening, and although the pool is normally closed, he opened it for my children. They were happy, and so were we. It's a wonderful place in a word. If you get the chance, definitely stay at Linus Apart. Thanks so much for the care.

Metin is a fantastic guide around Dalyan and knows some amazing hidden places off the beaten track. The location is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and it's a great spot. Highly recommended.
