It's in a quiet residential area, about a 10-minute walk from Dalyan centre. The grounds and accommodation are very well looked after, and there's a nice little restaurant and bar by the entrance. Our room was exceptionally clean and tidy, with everything we needed. The pool was sparkling. Ali, the owner, and his family were friendly and helpful.

We booked in a hurry the day before our Dalaman flight, after deciding to visit this beautiful city. The four of us were surprised by how lovely the place was when we arrived. Ali was great, and the room was kept super clean. His family were so welcoming that we felt at home. When it was time to leave, they all came out waving and kept at it until we were out of sight.

Ali Bey is so friendly and helpful with his guests. This warm, clean family hotel feels like home, and the owner’s hospitality really stands out. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the centre, with supermarkets nearby, and the place is away from traffic noise. You can make breakfast or cook in your own kitchen if you want. Get ready to discover Dalyan and have fun.

We were there at the beginning of October and were absolutely satisfied. The place was beautiful, the area very clean, and the service great. Everyone was nice. Warm greetings to Ali and his family, we’ll definitely come back.

Ali and his family made us feel welcome straight away. They work so hard to keep guests happy, and they’re kind and friendly. Momma dries fresh chilli's in the sunshine to use in her lovely fresh food. The kids are a joy too. The youngest has an infectious laugh and wants to be everybody’s best friend, she had us in stitches! The family checks whether you’re happy to chat, and they don’t take it personally if you’d rather have quiet time. Their older girl is a tiny genius and will teach you to dance if you ask. We had a magical week, made friends for life, and will definitely be back 🥰
