The price to quality ratio gets 10/10, while the room, management, overall quality, food and staff each get 9/10. Owner Halil is there %100 from the time you first ask about the place until checkout. It’s very close to the pier, where you can catch a boat to Iztuzu Beach. There’s also a 2400-meter route from Recep Pasa Konaklari, along the Dalyan River to the town centre, that’s great for walking, running or cycling. Plenty of other activities are nearby too. Definitely recommended!

The house and its setting are beautiful, and the location is perfect. Our host was very friendly and helpful. It was one of the best holidays I’ve had. Thanks so much, I can’t wait to book another visit!

The pool and views from this beautiful property are great. It’s in a perfect spot, right near the river, where you can catch boat tours to the mud bath or turtle beach. The host is fantastic.

What a spot! The host was welcoming, and the villa is fantastic for larger groups and families. The lovely town, with plenty of great places to eat, is within walking distance. Can’t wait to come back!
