The owners were wonderful and made us feel at home, and breakfast was fresh and really tasty. We stayed one night after four days at a 4-star hotel in Istanbul, and the service and cleanliness were just as good. Our room was a basic ensuite with the bathroom and toilet together. If you want good value and aren’t looking for thrills, this place fits.

Mr. Talat was attentive, friendly, and very hospitable. The room was clean and breakfast was adequate. I stopped at this guesthouse in Dalyan during a night journey from Bodrum to Kaş, and continued on my way feeling content and happy.

The reception was friendly and breakfast was delicious, but we didn’t like the ground-floor room. After one night, we moved to another guesthouse.

The rooms are small, though the price is small too. It’s close to the market but far enough from the noise, and the buffet breakfast felt like home. The food was fresh and the staff attentive and friendly. You can eat breakfast opposite the King's Rock Tombs. For the price, it’s hard to beat.

The owners are warm and helpful, so it’s easy to feel comfortable here. Rooms are clean, and the upper floors look out toward the royal tombs. Breakfast is buffet style on a terrace facing the tombs, and the Turkish coffee is worth trying. Above all, it’s a safe guesthouse.
