Erol knows a lot about Dalyan and gives you a thorough briefing when you arrive, then leaves you to enjoy a quiet, undisturbed holiday. He’s there when you need him and willing to go out of his way for requests, however small. The apartments are fresh and comfortable, with modern conveniences, and the pool is very clean because he tends to it every day. The location is handy: two minutes to bars, five to the bus station and Dalyan centre. You can hire bikes, scooters and quad bikes right nearby. There are also washing facilities for a small fee.

The apartment really feels like five-star quality, with air conditioning throughout, a large flat-screen SMART TV, and a kitchen with gas hobs, an electric oven and a tall fridge freezer. The pool area is clean and tidy too. Erol is an excellent host and always helpful. Shops, restaurants and boat trips are all close by. We’ll be back next year, Erol, keep up the good work!

The location is good, but the living room and kitchen got very hot because the AC wasn’t working.

It feels open and airy here, and the location is handy for everything while still being quiet. A really lovely place.

The apartment was comfortable, with a kitchen that had all the equipment we needed. Everything was very clean, and being close to everything meant we didn't have any transport issues. A very nice family-run place.
