The activity team really made our holiday. Everyone was great, the classes were fun, and I already want to go back. A special thank you to Arzu, Ana, Shanté, Mzambo and Melanie. The staff spoke excellent English, and most also spoke German very well. The paid massage was very good too, though mountain biking can be tough, even if it's still fun. I relied on the group activities to keep fit, since Wi-Fi didn't work in the gym and there wasn't much there to help you follow a short workout program. The beach was quiet, never like the activity pool, and there were plenty of sunbeds. I liked that there were no rocks in the water. In May, the sea was a comfortable temperature. The pool water felt a bit cold to me, but it was manageable. Even when the hotel was fully booked, it didn't feel overcrowded and there were usually enough sunbeds. On busy, windy days, the adults-only pool filled quickly. There was plenty of food and drink available 24/7, including for late arrivals, and we never had to queue. The food had a lot of variety and never felt repetitive. The cocktails tasted good, though the alcohol seemed weaker than we're used to, which I actually liked. Ice cubes in drinks and ice cream were no problem. I wouldn't call the food Michelin quality, but I don't think you'd be disappointed. Our room was comfortable, with good air conditioning and near soundproofing. The shower warmed up fast and had a nice flow. The modern seaside room had a lovely view. The mattress was a little too firm for us. The hotel was clean throughout, and staff paid close attention to hygiene. We chose TUI MAGIC LIFE Sargierme after reading hotel reviews, partly because we wanted a place where May temperatures would average at least 25 degrees. There was a lot to like, and I wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a smooth trip thanks to the included air and land transfers. Once there, the app made it easy to book activities, and the staff were accommodating from reception through to the activities. There was always plenty to do, as well as lots of places to relax with a drink. The performances on certain nights were awesome. Our 2-room apartment had good air conditioning and was very comfortable. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner all had a good selection. We'll definitely return to TUI MAGIC LIFE Sarıgerme. A shout-out to Emre, their best archery instructor and entertainment manager, and Viktoria, who dances like there's no tomorrow :D

We didn't realize this was a sport-focused hotel when we picked it, but it was great to see how many activities were available if you didn't want to just sit and relax. There's also plenty of space on the beach to get away from the noise, and the entertainment was really fun. The food was fresh and beautiful, with loads of choice. The hotel has a lovely feel and look to it, and we'd definitely recommend it.

The sandy beach was clean, the location was stunning, and there were loads of activities at this beautiful resort. The staff were really friendly, the food tasty and varied, and everything was spotless. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely return. Arzu and çağkan are the best!!!

We spent a week here and loved it. There's plenty to do at the hotel and in the area. It sits right on a sandy beach, with lots of beach seating and a bar. The Wi-Fi worked almost everywhere, even on the beach, and you can get free towels each day from the spa to use at the pool or beach. The hotel was very clean, and the inside was air-conditioned, which we really needed when it was reaching 35 outside. The staff were all lovely, the food was very nice, and the speciality restaurants had a good range of delicious options. We'd be happy to come back. Sunbed reservations were a bit of an issue, though not as bad as at some other resorts. If you arrive at the beach after 10:30, you might struggle to find a bed under an umbrella. The pools don't have many beds either and they fill up. The relaxation pool was especially bad, with towels on beds from 8:30 and no one around. Some beds stayed empty for half the day, and the hotel didn't enforce its policy against reserving them. If you get to the pool or beach before 10, you should find a spot.
