Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit that was just right in the heat, and the pool was spotless. It's a beautiful, peaceful place in lovely surroundings. Yavuz, the owner, and his family were so helpful and accommodating, even calling taxis whenever we wanted to go into town.

We've stayed here four times in six years and are going again this year, 2018. The garden is lovely, and the pool is cleaned every day. Rooms are simple, but spotless, and the air conditioning is free. Breakfast is basic but fresh. The owner is helpful and attentive, and does his best to make sure you enjoy your stay. I'd recommend it to friends and family.

The pool is huge and kept immaculate, inside and out, with plenty of cushioned sunbeds. There's sun from 7am until after 7pm, and the gardens are well kept. The bar area is relaxing, and the large beds in the bedrooms are really comfortable. The housekeeper keeps everything spotless, she's amazing. Typhoon takes care of you from check-in through breakfast and bar service, and nothing seems like too much trouble for him. He really wants you to enjoy your holiday. Cesar works hard too. His English isn't as strong, but we managed to communicate on the phone, and he's always happy. The owner is a true gentleman who lets us pick fresh fruit from his garden and chats with us every day. Thank you all for a great holiday. We come for the sun, swimming and service, and weren't disappointed.

The pool area is a lovely place to relax, and the breakfast bar has a good choice. It's a reasonably priced B&B with clean, basic rooms and a location that keeps you out of Dalyan's hustle and bustle while still close enough to get into town easily. The owner, Yavuz, is a very nice man. Take the time to talk to the staff and get to know them. Yavuz looks after his friends.
