The food was a real highlight, especially the delicious cooking and complimentary chocolate pudding. Fatima and Ferdi were always around to help with tour bookings and directions, and the staff were friendly and quick to respond. The hotel is close to the Goreme bus station and town centre, with a lovely hiking trail up to a beautiful view. Kids should enjoy the cozy, home-like feel and the authentic Cappadocia cave stay.

Ferdi really stood out during our stay. He was friendly and helpful, and kept checking that everything was going well. The welcome was warm from the moment I arrived, and room service was quick, attentive, and cheerful. The food recommendations were spot on too, everything I tried was delicious. I had a great time and would recommend the hotel.

Mr. Ferdi made my visit especially enjoyable with his attentive, polite manner and willingness to do extra to help guests feel at ease. The staff were very accommodating throughout. My room was clean, facilities were well maintained, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. I had an excellent stay.
