The staff are super friendly, and the hotel is spotless and tidy. Both the beach and pool are very clean. Breakfast is delicious, with a good choice of cheeses and eggs. The black and green olives are especially tasty. There’s also a great coffee machine with all kinds of coffee 😋😋😋

The sea is great, and the rooms are clean and well designed. The staff are well trained and nice, and the food and drinks are okay. But it feels like such a waste. The beach is open to day visitors, which makes it crowded and messy. We pay a lot per night as hotel guests, while people who aren’t staying here get great attention from the owner and staff at the beach and snack bar. That’s really disturbing. We don’t plan to return or recommend it unless they change their day-use beach policy.

The pool is amazing, and the sea is the cleanest I’ve seen in Bodrum. There are different places to sunbathe, by the pool, on grass or sand, or on the pier. Breakfast has a huge variety to suit every taste, and the hotel is constantly cleaned, with Covid rules followed throughout. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed into a warm, friendly family atmosphere. Many guests have been coming back for years. The staff make the stay better than you expect. I won’t go anywhere else from now on, highly recommend in every way.

We had a really special week at Lugga hotel. The hotel cat was one of our favorite things! Thanks so much to the owner and his family for making us feel at home. The whole staff was fantastic, especially Ayaz, who went out of his way to help everyone.
