Lugga Boutique Hotel & Beach

Breakfast was delicious, with lots of cheeses and eggs. The black and green olives were especially good, and there was a great coffee machine with all kinds of coffee. The hotel is very clean and tidy, including the beach and pool, and the staff are super friendly.

The rooms were clean and nicely designed, the sea is great, and the food and drinks were okay. The personnel were kind and well trained. Unfortunately, the crowded beach made a mess of things. The hotel lets people who aren't staying there use the beach, and they also get great attention from the owner and staff at the snack bar. As hotel guests paying a lot per night, we found that quite disturbing. Such a waste. We don't plan to come back or recommend it unless they change their daily beach-use policy.

There are plenty of places to sunbathe, by the pool, on the grass, on the sand, or on the pier, and the pool is amazing. The sea was the cleanest I've seen in Bodrum. Breakfast has a huge variety and caters for every taste. The hotel is cleaned constantly, and COVID regulations are followed throughout. From the moment you arrive, you get a warm welcome and feel part of a friendly family. Many guests have been coming for years. The staff go far beyond expectations to make your stay a great experience. I highly recommend it in every way, and won't stay anywhere else now.

We had a really special week at Lugga hotel. Thanks to the owner and his family for making us feel so welcome. All the staff were fantastic, especially Ayaz, who went out of his way to look after everyone's needs. We loved the hotel's cat too.
