The receptionist was the one bright spot, very polite, respectful, and helpful. The rest of the stay was a letdown. The elevator wasn’t working, so we had to haul our suitcases up four floors. Our bathroom wasn’t clean, with hair in the toilet and dirty towels. At breakfast we found dirty glasses, and the kitchen staff seemed unhygienic, with long hair and poor cleanliness.

Cem and Ahmed deserve a special thank you. They were ready to help with whatever we needed, from directions and recommendations to a friendly word, and their service made the stay better. The rooms were spotless, the atmosphere felt warm and relaxing, and the location was just right. We felt welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived at The Optimal Hotel.

The room was clean, and the bathroom and shower were nice. The lobby was clean too, and the staff spoke English. For this price range, it compared very well with other hotels. I’d recommend staying here and would use it again on another trip to bursa.

The owner was especially kind and patiently handled everything we needed, with real professionalism. We also found the staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was generous, and there were lots of amenities. The hotel has been renovated, the location felt safe, and our room was very clean. Thank you!

Cem and Ahmed did more than expected to help us, including with things beyond the hotel’s services. We stayed at the Optimal hotel for four days, and it was the best experience we’ve had. The location was perfect and breakfast was delicious. I’ll definitely return. Thanks again to all the staff, especially Cem and Ahmed!
