The room smelled awful, and the hallway and other rooms did too. Dust and the smell made it hard to fall asleep. There wasn't even a small bin for rubbish. I'd asked for a non-smoking room because I can't stand smoke, and they assured me it wouldn't be a problem before I paid. Since it was so late, I stayed the night. The next day, another employee said they only have smoking rooms. They lied before taking my money, which is unacceptable.

Ali, the man working there, was kind and gave good service. The rooms were comfortable, and breakfast let you choose what to eat. I recommend the hotel because it's just steps from the bus station, with buses to Pamukkale or Laodicea.

The price is very reasonable, and the location is convenient. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend staying here if you're passing through Denizli.

We only stayed one night, and the large rooms and decent breakfast were positives. The location also suited us: we arrived by bus, had to leave by bus, and could take the dolmus from the terminal for our Pamukkale visit. Still, it felt expensive for the quality and service. The rooms were old and run down, with practically everything broken or close to it. There was a power cut in the middle of the night and no backup power.
