We were told breakfast started at 7am, but when we arrived there was hardly anything ready apart from the coffee and tea station. The young man serving was wonderful. We said we’d wait, but he brought us several small plates of food before we left. I didn’t get his name, but he was the only person who gave us a good experience here. The hotel felt neglected throughout. The pool was dry, and although the thermal bath was open, its water was so brown we weren’t sure about going near it. Our bathroom was unhygienic, and the unfiltered water, maybe because of the minerals, left a strange sticky feeling on our skin, so we couldn’t shower. The kettle base was filthy with buildup.

The rooms were absolutely terrible, and the food was awful too. Staff kept yelling at each other. This hotel is worth nothing. Please stay somewhere else.

The pool was crystal clear, and the thermal pool was excellent. The hotel was clean, the food was great, and we received the best hospitality. Said and Zafer were especially wonderful and made communication easy for us. Everyone else was kind and tried to help as well. The hotel needs renovation, which is expected in the near future. The price was very affordable. Thanks for everything 🙏

I had a lovely, relaxing day at the thermal pools. The place is beautiful, and the people there are lovely too. The price is great value, especially since it includes a room for the day and dinner.

We paid a lot and expected better, but the rooms weren’t tidy and the cleaning wasn’t done properly. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned and for toilet paper. The food was consistently cold, including the chips. The pool wasn’t clean, yet people were still letting their kids swim in it. There’s no entertainment apart from music, and some of the English songs have swearing in them. Whoever has taken over needs to shut the hotel and sort things out. Anyone giving it five stars should take another look. Don’t choose this place, you’ll regret it and waste your money.
