Naturalis Pamukkale Otel

The hotel was clean and convenient for what we needed, and the staff were great. Breakfast was great as well. We’d highly recommend staying here. Kids should enjoy the pool.

The room was hot and stuffy, even though it was cooler outside, and the air conditioning didn’t work at all overnight. When I asked staff a few times, they said they had to turn it off because it was October. There were more than 15 mosquitoes in the room, even with the windows closed. I wondered if they might be coming through the ventilation or drains. I ended up with more than 20 bites and barely slept. The staff weren’t helpful. The hot water stopped on the first day, so we couldn’t shower. One staff member simply said she didn’t speak English when I asked, then later told me they were fixing it. The toilet and bathroom also had a strange smell.

A nice place very close to Pamukkale, close enough to walk there. Breakfast was good, and restaurants and other places are within walking distance too.

The people working there were really kind and helpful. They even helped me get food late at night and sort out my bus ticket when my card stopped working. It’s a new hotel with breakfast and a pool, and choosing it worked out well for me :)
