Pamukkale Termal Ece Otel

We came for a weekend without booking a room. There wasn't a double room available, so they kindly upgraded us at no extra charge. We were in room 303, which was spacious, had everything we needed, and even had warm flooring. The bathroom had its own tap with thermal water. Everything around the hotel and grounds was clean and warm. The staff were very polite, breakfast was very good, and we especially liked the outdoor pools. The thermal pool was +41 degrees and the regular one was +31 degrees. Thanks so much, I hope to see you again.

We had excellent service and a really great breakfast. There are four pools, so it never feels crowded: two outside and two on the lower level by the hamam. In both areas, one pool is 32 degrees and the other is fed by the hot springs. Great hotel to stay at while visiting the area. I'd definitely return if I get the chance.

The room was large and clean, with everything we needed, including slippers, bathrobes, and toiletries. I especially liked the illuminated mirrored ceiling and the sizable bath with thermal water, which was a real treat. The friendly staff were always ready to help and greeted people with a smile. Breakfast was a classic Turkish buffet, and I really liked it. I think it's worth staying 4-5 nights and visiting the hotel spa too. The hotel is fully worth the price.

We were there for three days and had a great stay. The rooms are warm and nicely designed, and the place works well for family trips. It looks small outside but is a hidden gem once you're in. There are two swimming pools, one outside and one in the basement, plus massage areas and a hot spring whirlpool. They sell alcohol. We only had breakfast, and the restaurant serves basic menus in the evenings.
