Melis at check-in was really helpful when there was a mixup with my booking, and upgraded me to a better room. The staff were amazing, the location was great, and I had a great stay. The indoor and outdoor thermal pools were the highlight. There are lots of facilities, open grounds, and beautiful views, and it's probably the biggest hotel in the area. The rooms are clean but a bit dated and could use renovation. Breakfast and dinner buffets were good, though crowded with tour groups. I'd recommend the hotel, especially for its staff.

The food at the restaurant was quite good, with plenty of choices beyond Turkish cuisine. The resort is huge and easy to get lost in, with indoor and outdoor hot springs and a Turkish bath. Towels are available downstairs, and you need a swimsuit and swim cap. The facilities are quite good, but the accommodation areas feel ready for renovation. The carpets and walls look worn, and our room carpet and table weren't very clean. There were no slippers, and the bed was just okay.

There's a lot of walking with luggage because the hotel is so large and has so many rooms. The rooms themselves are fairly spacious, and the place looks very clean from outside. Food has plenty of variety, and there's a swimming pool and hot mineral bath for relaxing. Time to enjoy! 😄

I was there for only about 8-10 hours, but it was a memorable stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the air conditioning also had heating. The restaurant was spacious, with lots of food choices, especially bread and cheese, and the staff were friendly, particularly in the restaurant. One suggestion: a rough floor mat in the bathroom would help, since the floor is slippery.

The rooms were alright, and I appreciated having a bathtub. What reassured me most was that allergens were listed at both breakfast and dinner. I have celiac disease and need to eat gluten-free, so it helped me know what I could and couldn't have. I'm traveling with a tour group, and this is the fourth hotel we've stayed at, but the only one that listed allergens.
