I spent about a month here. The facilities were clean and decent, and the staff were so lovely and friendly. I'm very grateful for their hospitality. From the location, you can get to dolmos, buses, and restaurants.

I'm glad I only stayed one night. The rooms looked much cleaner in the online photos than they did in person, and the bathrooms were poor too. We were put in rooms on -1, where the doors barely opened. But girls, I want to warn you about something else. We arrived around 12pm-1am after being on the road all day, and I hadn't spoken to anyone, especially anyone from Turkey. The receptionist seemed nice and smiled while taking photos of our passports, so that all seemed normal. Then I went to the room and got the message shown in the attached picture. Who else could have seen me and known my name and what I looked like apart from the receptionist? Either it was him, or he passed my details to a friend, which would be even worse.

I first booked this hotel for one night after arriving late, with little chance to compare other places. I was visiting Pamukkale University campus for my daughter's admission registration, and ended up liking the hotel enough to stay all seven days until I left the city. It was very good value. The rooms are small, but cozy, quiet, clean, and well maintained. Ms. Gül and her team were friendly, and we got very good service. The location also made it easy to reach the places we wanted to visit. Thank you for everything, dear Gul hanım.

The evening employee, a heavyset man, called me a cheater and swore at me because my reservation, which I had a receipt for, wasn't showing in the hotels.com app. This guy is a problem and deserves to be fired.
