We booked at the last minute for a spontaneous trip to pamukkale. The balcony had stunning views of pamukkale, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were simple, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. I’d highly recommend it.

In the morning, you can watch the ballons from the pool side. The room was clean and well equipped, and the staff were so friendly. The owner even drove us in his own car to see places we hadn’t known about. Highly recommended 🎈🎈

Eren was really sincere and gave me a good guide. He kept offering coffee, which was so nice. I stayed for about a week, and the rooms were clean, the breakfast fantastic, and the staff friendly. Thanks for everything, West Point!

The staff were so kind and helpful, and they helped us a lot. The room was really nice and clean, and the hotel is close to all the tourist places. Highly recommend.

The room was nasty. There were fire ants, the towels were dirty with snot wiped on them, and the mini fridge absolutely reeked. I'm about 60% sure the blanket hadn't been washed in over two months. I wouldn't recommend this place.
