I was cycling and had to stop at this hotel because it was getting dark, even though it was expensive. For that price, I expected a reasonable standard, but the room and service were poor and nowhere near what it cost. Breakfast was extremely basic. The worst part was the bathroom: the shower drain was blocked, so water pooled quickly and I couldn't use it. This was a disappointing stay, and I give it 1 out of 5.

We had something unexpected come up, and the owner made sure we were safe and looked after. He was absolutely wonderful and so hospitable, the most welcoming hotel in Rize. If you're passing through Rize, I highly recommend staying here. Teşekkürler!!!!

I chose this hotel in Pazar Rize because I was meeting friends at Rize airport. The room wasn't very big, but it was clean and the water pressure was strong. Osman bey was friendly and very helpful.

Maybe you'll get lucky and the wifi will work, but it's only good enough for texting. If you need to work, DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL. It felt like being back in the 90s.
