We only stayed because we arrived late and had an early flight, so there were just a few hours for sleep. In the middle of the night, a strong cigarette smell woke us up, probably coming through the ventilation. A nightmare. We had asked for a non-smoking room because we’re both non-smokers and were traveling with our baby, but there was an ashtray, covered smoke detectors, a cigarette on the floor beside the bed, and ash in the bathroom sink. There was hair on the bed and on the bathroom towels too, so they had to change the sheets and clean the bathroom. The doorknob fell off as we came in. This was the most horrible hotel I’ve ever stayed in, if you can even call it one. Stay away!

The room smelled of smoke, and I found strands of hair on the bed. The location is perfect, though, and the price is fair.

The sofa bed was just gross, and the cleaning could have been better. For the money, though, you get a room to sleep in and don’t have to complain. From outside I expected a luxury hotel, but inside it was below normal. I asked for a non-smoking room, yet even the pillows smelled strongly of tobacco, which wasn’t normal. They gave me a new pillowcase when I asked. The staff were friendly when asked to do things, but I had to repeat myself a couple of times. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. A little more effort with cleaning and changing that sofa bed would make staying here more pleasant.

At 1 a.m., someone kept knocking on my door for a minute. I shouted at him to go away, then went to reception and asked them to check the cameras because I couldn’t sleep like that. They were very rude. I don’t recommend this place at all. Be careful.
