Germike Termal Otel

We found the hotel on Google Maps while we were passing through and are glad we chose it. It was easy to communicate over WhatsApp, the rooms were comfortable, and the location is special. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

The food was tasty, the staff friendly, and the rooms clean. The pool was amazing 😊 It works well whether you're on vacation or just passing through. Also, that odd photo of the old guy up there really needs to go.

The natural scenery and weather are beautiful, and we were pleased with the healing thermal waters at the Pülümür Garrick Hotel. Our room was clean, the layout of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were attentive and helpful. The road to the Germik Hotel is in very poor shape, with no real investment in it. That leaves a bad impression for tourism.

After 00:30 on the evening of August 23rd, loud laughter and talking from another room woke us up. We called reception three times before getting through. When we explained how much the noise bothered us, a woman said artists and the mayor were there for a festival and there was nothing they could do. We couldn’t sleep. There was no room service at all. You even had to go downstairs to get your own water. When we asked for towels and shampoo, they didn’t bring them; they told us to get them from the room of the person next to us. This is a hotel that completely disregards its customers while claiming to provide good service. You’re left putting up with drunken chatter and never feeling comfortable. I’ll never consider staying here again, and can only recommend it as a bad experience.
