The gentleman at reception was amazing, so helpful and kindhearted. Breakfast had plenty of choices and variety, too. I found this to be one of the cleanest hotels I’ve seen, and a good fit price-wise. If you’re around Sisli, Nişantaşı İstanbul, do consider this lovely, sweet, cosy hotel. Thanks for the great service, Semsan Hotel. The guy at reception is 10/10.

The breakfast was delicious, and I especially liked the design of the breakfast area. My room was quiet, clean, and simple, and the staff were extremely friendly. I had a great stay here and would highly recommend it.

The room lighting was weak, which was a little uncomfortable, though that’s probably hard to change. Everything else made the stay worthwhile. The hotel was clean and in a hood location, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. I had a great stay.

We ended up staying here for 12 days because Murat at reception made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. He welcomed us warmly and took the time to explain and show us everything. Özle is so attentive and keeps everything in lovely order, even polishing each glass until it sparkles. And Effe, the cat, is the real queen of the place. The hotel has a special, authentic atmosphere, with thoughtful design down to the smallest details. It’s clean throughout, and the air feels fresh and light, so staying here is comfortable and pleasant. The staff are responsive, conscientious, genuinely courteous, and clearly care about their work and every guest. Elena

The breakfast buffet had limited choices, but what was there tasted quite good. My family and I stayed for over 6 days, and we had a great experience. The rooms were clean, and the staff were extra friendly and ready to help whenever we needed. Loved it!
