Ahmad deserves a special thank you. He was kind, professional, and took care of everything, making me feel at home. The whole team was friendly and helpful during my stay. Veyron Hotel & Spa in Istanbul was clean and modern, with a relaxing atmosphere. I had a wonderful time and will definitely return. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

I expected basic standards, not luxury, and even those weren’t met. The lighting was poor, with the brightest light in the bathroom. Housekeeping seemed to do little beyond making the bed. The floor wasn’t cleaned, and after seeing how they handled the towels, I doubt the sheets were changed either. It’s disgusting. The towels were old and torn, and the dirty one in my room wasn’t replaced after cleaning. I can only hope they at least change them between guests. After housekeeping, there was a long black hair in the bathroom, even though I have short blonde hair. Reception communication was also bad. I asked for a spoon and was told it would be brought to my room. I waited ten minutes, called again, and then they said they wouldn’t bring it and I had to go to the restaurant myself. Why not tell me that at the start? The worst hotel I’ve stayed in. I strongly wouldn’t recommend it.

The receptionist Ilyas was especially kind and professional, always ready to help, and made the stay more pleasant. The room and atmosphere were lovely too. I had a wonderful stay, everything felt perfect, and I highly recommend this place.

The rooms are very small. Be careful about using the laundry service, too. They charged over $130 for less than 3kg, just a small laundry bag. For the biggest city in Europe, this doesn’t feel like a four-star hotel.
