Reşadi̇ye Doğa Termal Otel

We weren’t satisfied at all, and it didn’t meet our expectations. I visit hot springs often, but unfortunately this was a terrible place. The water was extremely cold. We told the staff, but they didn’t care and just said, “That’s how it is here.” There was a sign saying 48 degrees, but with the weather this cold, it can’t possibly have been 48 degrees.

There was plenty of parking, and we were happy with everything. The place had a wonderful, warm atmosphere, and breakfast was perfect apart from the missing honey and cream. Thank you so much, and may God bless the management. I did notice some small rust spots and ugly stains in the toilets and bathrooms, which I think could be repaired. One thing really made our stay difficult: my 81-year-old mother had a hard time getting to the second floor, and there should be an elevator for disabled guests and people who can’t walk. You could have a mother too. Please think about how you would get to the second floor. With love and respect.

Terrible, just awful. Our room was right in front of a very noisy wedding, and we couldn’t stand the noise. People go to hotels to relax, but we couldn’t. They also put us in rooms without thermal water, saying some rooms used to have it but don’t anymore. May God judge us.

Oh my god, Sakina!!!!! I drove for 13 hours and went into the hotel hoping to sleep, but I couldn’t. The rooms are freezing and there’s absolutely no cleanliness. Even if you’re only staying one night, you’ll end up writing a review at 5:30 AM like I am.
