The bathroom was really dirty, and both the service and quality were very poor. Not a good stay.

The open buffet was great, and they even offered to do our laundry for free. Tea didn’t cost anything either. I was surprised that breakfast was free for soldiers, and they wouldn’t accept payment even when I insisted. They also said we could order food from outside. I suggested they listen to live music on the terrace and in the cafe. After arriving on Turkish soil as someone displaced from Syria, I started looking for a hotel or hostel and was directed to Dilara Hotel. I was moved by how much this place and its kind people value soldiers, especially when some army housing is closed to sergeants. It’s a decent, family-friendly place, and anyone far from home who wants to feel at home should come here if they’re nearby. Thanks to the Dilara Hotel family. Commander Murat

It’s right in the center, close to everything. The staff were friendly and attentive once I stepped inside, though the outside might make you wonder at first. My room was really nice, with new fixtures, a mini-fridge, air conditioning, a big LCD TV, a large bathroom, and a comfortable bed. I paid for a night without breakfast, so I can’t say how that was. The comfort is better than what I’ve found at some five-star hotels. I’d recommend it.
