The staff were excellent and accommodating despite the language barrier, and breakfast had a good variety. There's an elevator too, so you don't have to haul your luggage up seven flights of stairs. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the central square. The area feels more industrial, with plenty of tea shops and little markets. The location is okay, but not great. My room was outdated, stained, and smelled like someone had been smoking nonstop. There were roaches in the bathroom, though I didn't spend much time in the room. For the price, I wouldn't recommend staying here. I should've paid $5 less and stayed at Hotel 53, even with its terrible reviews.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, with a big bed, desk, mini fridge, and closet space, and the bathroom had enough room. It was a relief to have a non-smoking room since we don't like cigarette smells, and it's a plus that pets are allowed.

The location is really convenient, and both the staff and the five-star breakfast were great. The rooms, though, are shabby and run down. Also, they won't take reservations through their own website, which is strange.

We were very happy with our stay apart from the strong cigarette smell in our room. They let people smoke in the rooms, and that's my only real complaint. For the price it's very reasonable, and the staff were helpful and very polite. Very clean, too.

The location is perfect, the reception staff are kind and friendly, and breakfast is delicious. The hotel isn't that old, but most of the furniture is broken.
