Small rooms and really bad internet, but the view is good.

Dedeman Rize Hotel felt like a home away from home, with warm, friendly staff, renovated rooms, and distinctive views. It's close to both the university and the city center, and about a 35-minute drive from Trabzon airport. A fantastic Dedeman Hotel, and I'd highly recommend staying here.

We hold our events at Dedeman Resort's Hotel, and it's a good choice for a pleasant stay. The service and product quality fit its corporate identity, and its beachfront position gives it a great view. Rize city center is about 10 minutes away by public transport or 5 minutes by private car. I highly recommend it.

The stay, food, and other services were all mediocre. It feels like the only hotel to stay at in Rize, and that means the price is many times higher than it ought to be.

The rooms look lovely and the view is really nice, though the prices are very high.
