The staff were warm and attentive, and the rooms were very clean. This was one of the most enjoyable hotels on our trip, and it felt like we had a home in Trabzon.

It worked for us when we needed somewhere close to the airport at short notice, but the rates for the rooms and suites felt a bit high. The place seemed somewhat materialistic, and communicating was a challenge because the employee on site couldn't speak English. They didn't clean the room every day, the suite kitchen had no utensils and wasn't useful, and the Wi-Fi signal was weak.

The owner was very polite and ready to help with everything. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and I'd recommend it to my tourist friends.

I had a nice stay, with good service and a very good room. Breakfast was a lovely experience, especially with the live music.
