Everything was very bad. The staff were arrogant, the service was zero, and there was no cleaning or room cleaning.

The graveyard is what you face instead of a view, and I couldn't even breathe properly there for an hour. This hotel is absolutely terrible. The staff are incredibly arrogant and disgraceful. I strongly condemn the place. It's a DISGRACE!

The worst hotel we've ever come across. Even one star feels like too much. I hope they address all these shortcomings and put customer satisfaction first. The balcony floor gets very slippery from the air conditioning water and hotel slippers. If you slip and cut your hand or foot, the first aid kit is empty except for bandages, so bring your own kit as a precaution. There isn't a reception phone number in the rooms either, so you have to keep going to reception to ask for help. Wi-Fi doesn't work on the upper floors, which means the TV can't be used there. Breakfast is another oddity. Unless you tell them the night before, you can't have it in the morning. And if a problem is caused by the hotel, don't expect an apology or compensation. The management was terrible, and the staff seemed indifferent and unprofessional.

A great choice for families. The hotel is very well served, with a coffee shop downstairs and a grocery store across the way. The room has a jacuzzi and balcony, and the whole place smells clean, with no bad odors. I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean, and Ms. Khairiyah and the rest of the staff were friendly, kind, and lovely. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
