The beach is at most 100 meters away, and there’s a market right behind the hotel. It’s a small, clean place in what I think is the best possible location in Sapanca. The rooms are spacious enough, and the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was average, though not bad. I don’t think there’s an elevator, since we had to use the stairs. We paid 185 TL for one room for two people, which seemed reasonable for Sapanca. Would I go again? Definitely.

The location is excellent, close to both the coast and the market, right in central Sapanca. Rooms are standard and had what we needed. I only stayed one night, so I can’t really judge the room’s cleanliness, but it seemed clean enough while we were there. Breakfast was a bit mediocre, and there’s no elevator. For the price and location, though, it’s a good hotel.

We had to check in here after arriving in Sapanca without a reservation, and I still remember how dirty the rooms were, with hair on the seats and mothballs used to cover the smell. When we opened the bathroom door, a piece from it fell on our heads. We could have ended up in the hospital. They’ve neglected basic cleaning and maintenance, probably because everywhere is full and customers have little choice, so keep that in mind.

For what it costs, this place is pretty good. It could use some maintenance, though. The room comes with a fridge, a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee, plus a hairdryer, air conditioning, and slippers.
