We were nearly poisoned by smoke because the stove chimneys were clogged. I told management, and they moved us to another house, but its stove was tiny and barely heated itself. Even getting there was a struggle: we went on February 22nd during snowfall, and the route has very steep ramps. I couldn't make it through the snow. The water outside the house had frozen, with no precautions taken. There was no breakfast, no hot water, no working pool heating, and not even water in the jacuzzi. They called while we were on the way and told us to get firewood somewhere en route, and they even ask guests staying there for wood. Friends who stayed elsewhere around Sapanca that day had working hot water and jacuzzis. This place was absurd and indifferent, with plenty of interest but no ability to solve problems. It was no better than sitting at home making tea, and a waste of money. I doubt the other comments here are true either. I could say a lot more, but even writing this makes me feel suffocated.

The heated pool is open all the time, and it's a great spot to relax in nature for the price. If you enjoy fireplaces, you'll have a really nice time here.

It's peaceful and tucked into nature, yet easy to reach in Sapanca. The pool is big, and the staff are attentive. I'll pick it again the next time I go to a bungalow.

On our way back to Istanbul, we stayed here and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and attentive. I'd recommend it to everyone, and thank you for the stay.
