Voler Bungalow is an absolute regret. I’m giving five stars only so this review shows up near the top, because this business couldn’t even handle a one-star rating. We arrived on January 19th expecting a comfortable bungalow, but the house was freezing. The radiators never warmed up, and it stayed cold until morning. My one-year-old daughter was restless and couldn’t sleep. I had to bundle her in layers to keep her warm, and she was still freezing. We were four people and a baby, and the whole trip was ruined. The wood shavings for the stove were limited, and when they ran out, we were told more would cost extra. We said we’d pay, but they still didn’t bring any. We complained repeatedly, yet the business kept denying that the house was cold. If the stay had been as described, why did we leave after one night instead of staying for two? Our vacation was cut short, and neither my annual leave nor my baby’s health seemed to matter to them. Choosing this place was a huge mistake. I wouldn’t want anyone, especially families with babies, to go through the same ordeal. I’ll never forgive them. Shame on them.

The heated pool was much colder than we’d expected. They said that was the legal limit, but it wasn’t warm enough for us to stay in it for even five minutes. We booked two nights at Volar Bungalow and nearly left after the first one. When we arrived, the bungalow was only lukewarm and the radiators were icy. They said the electricity had just come back and things would warm up, but not one radiator did all night. The supplied fuel wasn’t enough, and they wanted us to pay for more. The rooms and bathroom were cold, and even the attic they said would be very warm was cold too. We wore layers but still couldn’t get comfortable or sleep properly. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

The warm pool with snow all around made our 15-day family holiday fantastic. The house was clean and warm, and the owners, Ms. Sevim and Mr. Burak, were attentive, friendly, and ready to help with everything. We had a really enjoyable summer vacation here in a lovely setting for families. It’s a great place to visit without hesitation.

The service was excellent, and the place was spotless, 10 out of 10. Even with all the snow, the air conditioning, natural gas, and pellet stove kept us from feeling the storm or the cold outside. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you, Volar Sapanca.

We were there for two nights, September 11-13, with four adults, one child, and one baby. They were very helpful when we booked, and we were pleased with the stay. The pool temperature was just right, and we couldn’t get our 20-month-old daughter out of it. The pool and bungalows were very clean, and breakfast was adequate. Thanks for looking after us. We’re thinking of coming back in winter.
