The coral bungalow is handy for its central spot, clean rooms, and fair price, so it feels like good value. There's hot water, a TV, and a barbecue, and markets are close by if you need food or drinks. The main drawback for us was the unheated pool. In autumn it was cold except around midday, so we could only swim at certain times and the children got chilly.

The person looking after the villa and customer satisfaction, a gentleman from Trabzon, even messaged to ask us to let him know we'd reached home since he couldn't come see us off. I was really touched by that. The villa itself is so thoughtfully equipped that we arrived with our own things without realizing everything was already there. It has a designer-style interior, a pool, sauna, a shower cabin just outside the sauna, and a separate barbecue seating area. After staying in lots of villas and bungalows in Sapanca, this is the one we've been happiest with. My family and family friends and I won't go anywhere else to relax now. We tried Hello Villam in December, and as a couple who usually visit winter bungalows every year, this was the first winter break when we stayed warm. The house was warm, and the water was genuinely hot. The heating system for the water really made us happy. We also liked that everything was close by, and the fire pit made the holiday feel special. We were very pleased as a couple and are thinking of coming back. If you're after somewhere clean, quiet, peaceful, warm, and relaxing, this is the place.

We booked two nights hoping for a natural escape from the city, but the place is squeezed between buildings and far from the natural surroundings we expected. The room didn't match the listing, just a bed and no armchair. Maybe it's fine if all you want is to spend two days in bed. There's no garden or view, and there are much better bungalows for this price. When we disliked the owner and asked for a refund, the conversation got strange. They said they were just neighborhood kids and that this was how they talked. If my boyfriend and I hadn't stayed nice, five or six people would have attacked us. The owners and business were ridiculous and very unprofessional. Thankfully, the app saw that we were right and refunded our money. Never again!!!
