Asya Apart Otel

We just left Asya apartment after four nights with my wife and two children. We chose a two-bedroom place so we wouldn't be squeezed into a small hotel room, and could stay near the beach. Having a kitchen seemed useful with a baby, but I wish we hadn't chosen it. The old furniture was clear in the photos, but the dirt was something else. The bathroom and toilet were a disaster, as if they'd only had a quick mop. Doors, windows, and floors had dirt thick enough to notice, and the sofas were filthy. The room smelled of cigarettes as soon as we walked in. We couldn't use the plates, pots, or pans. I poured two bottles of bleach around, or we would have wasted our money. There weren't even clothes drying racks. The beds were bad too. The biggest problem was the noise 🤦. It's right among an amusement park and bars, and you can't sleep before 2 AM. It sounded like a party was happening inside, and the children never slept. If your stomach can take it, you'll have to use the plates and cutlery. With better attention to hygiene, the place could be perfect, but right now it feels like they're saying, “Here's somewhere to sleep, we're not dealing with anything else.” Seyda Hanım was the one good thing, doing her best, though as an employee she couldn't fix it all. 😅 I'm writing this so others don't go through the same.
