Hygiene, service, and taste were all terrible. We trusted the location and the promise of a spread breakfast, but the visit was a complete fiasco. The plates served as a spread had only bland, stale fries and cold börek. The jams were so unpleasant that we couldn't tell whether we were eating hair or insects. We even found insects on the plates, and every teacup had lipstick marks. The toilets were awful, with no light and pitch-black floors. I haven't seen hygiene this poor in a long time. Service was painfully slow. They claimed tea was unlimited, but nobody came to refill it even once. When we asked for a waiter, they wouldn't even look at us. Our toast order was cancelled after 40 minutes because, they said, "Our toaster is broken." The staff were indifferent and rude throughout, and couldn't even manage an apology. This was our first and last visit to such a badly run place. With hygiene, service, and food this lacking, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

In the summer heat, this lemonade was just right and really enjoyable. It tasted fresh and natural, like it was truly homemade. The ice was chopped into large pieces, so it stayed cold for ages without watering the drink down. 🍋

We went in wondering how bad a Turkish breakfast spread could be, and found out. There was hair on our food, and when we asked for more tea, it came in different glasses with lipstick marks. We couldn't drink it. The service was incredibly slow, and the waiters seemed completely indifferent. Such a shame, given the place and the lovely atmosphere.

The Turkish coffee they brought was cold, had no foam, and tasted like dishwater. When we told the owner it was bad, they tried to brush it off. We said we didn't want to drink it and wanted to leave, but they demanded payment. When we refused, they insulted us and called us rude. I had to hold my wife back. We called the police and filed a complaint with the Ministry of Tourism. Keep that in mind if you're thinking of going here.
