Ates Bocegi Mercan Bungalov

The rooms were prepared beautifully when we arrived, and the staff were very attentive throughout. It was a genuinely satisfying stay, and a place where you can feel comfortable staying.

The lake view was beautiful, and the clean air hit me as soon as I walked in. It was very clean, and the kitchen had plenty of plates and pots for the three of us. The electric stove cooks slowly, so if you plan to make anything besides grilled food, bringing a gas cylinder would help. We had no other problems, and I'd pick the same place again.

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon, and we regret choosing it. I stay in hotels and guesthouses often for work, but I haven't experienced anything like this. The bathroom and sofa were broken, and the internet didn't work. We reported the bathroom and sofa problems, but nothing was done. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Know about these issues before you come.

There were six of us, but we didn't have enough sheets, pillows, or other bed linen, and the sofa bed was crooked. The kitchen utensils were also insufficient, and the extra ones we asked for never arrived. When I called the relevant person or someone in management to explain, they said, “You didn't buy the place,” then insulted me and told me to watch my tone. We were completely dissatisfied, and the price-performance was zero. There wasn't even a fire extinguisher, despite the building being made of wood.
