Bageni Villa & Bungalov

My wife, daughter and I came from Ankara to unwind, and the quiet, peaceful stay was just what we wanted. We felt safe, and the other bungalow next to ours was empty, which made it even quieter. Breakfast was included, so we wished we hadn't brought our own, and we liked it. Our family and friends asked about the place, and we recommended it. We left three hours ago after two days, and decided there's no need to travel so far for a holiday, we'll come here from time to time.

The garden was another disappointment: there were only two plastic chairs, without even cushions. The pool felt like a decorative feature. Inside, the so-called kitchen lacked basic supplies and wasn't hygienic, with small insects and ants on the counter. We couldn't imagine preparing food there. We paid a considerable amount compared with hotels in Sapanca, but felt humiliated for the money and were completely dissatisfied. The Bageni Tiny House with a pool was a very bad experience. It wasn't clean at all. The shower head was broken, there was no hook for towels, and no soap, shower gel, shampoo or other cleaning supplies. Shower water spilled into the room, so we had to clean just to keep our belongings dry.

We arrived today after booking a suite bungalow and only then checked the reviews. We wish we'd read them yesterday and never booked. The photos and the actual place are hugely different, and this has been a serious regret. We've wasted our money and time. This was meant to be our first experience, and we don't plan to try it again.

This was meant to be a relaxing weekend, but I left more stressed than when I arrived. Mr. Enes did what he could to help us. The buildings are so close together that we couldn't open the curtains without either being seen or looking straight at neighbors across the way. The electricity kept fluctuating and caused heating problems, and one night the power was out all night. These problems may be common, but management didn't provide a generator or even extra blankets, despite the risk that people in thin bed sheets could get cold without power.
