We booked this place in Sapanca specifically for its pool, which we paid for. We stayed as three families in separate houses. If we’d wanted to share one pool, we would have rented a bigger villa instead. Since the pool at house number 1 was unusable, my child only got to use another family’s pool once. I couldn’t use it at all as a woman. If we’d been on our own, we would have lost access to the main service we paid for, and in fact we did. On the first day, when I raised concerns about the pool, I was told it was just the color or something that had fallen from a tree, and that nothing was wrong. By the second day it was completely unusable. Then the maintenance person came, said swimming was prohibited, and added chlorine and other chemicals. That made it clear management knew there was a problem. We reported it from the start and also messaged them on WhatsApp to say the pool couldn’t be used in that state. For days, though, we got no clear information and were given the runaround about compensation. After the inconvenience, we expected at least an offer of compensation or a discount, or some effort to make things right. There was none. My wife and I were disappointed that the business seemed to brush the issue aside and stall us instead of finding a solution. Even after time passed, there was no response or resolution. I have photos showing the pool throughout our stay, but the site keeps giving me a “cannot be published” warning when I try to add them. The way management handled this left us dissatisfied. We won’t consider staying here again and can’t recommend it.

My wife, our dog, and I spent two unforgettable evenings here. The location was convenient, and the service was excellent. Whenever we asked for something, it was brought right away. The pool was just the right temperature, and we had a great time. Thanks for everything!

The garden is beautifully laid out, with trees all around, and it’s a peaceful place to spend time. The atmosphere was lovely, the pool was clean and a good temperature, and breakfast was adequate. Bağdat Street in Sapanca, with its cafes, is within walking distance. I found the place through Google reviews and was glad I chose it. There are sweet cats and a dog too. The one thing that bothered me was the cigarette smell lingering in the house. I have allergies, so I noticed it, though I know this is common at many places. Maybe air purifiers in the houses would help. Thanks, I’d stay here again. 🙋🏻‍♀️

We had a comfortable, peaceful stay, and I’d gladly choose this hotel again and recommend it. The rooms were well arranged and everything was clean. The staff were friendly and ready to help with anything, and their warm hospitality made us feel very welcome. Thanks for taking such good care of us.
