Bahar Villas Sapanca

The house was clean enough and the pool was clean too. We had a really enjoyable two-night stay with our large group, and Mr. Berkan was attentive. Thanks to him.

The kitchen had enough equipment for our group of four families, and we could use the garden barbecue without any trouble. We chose the house because every room has its own bathroom, and the central location was convenient. But being right by the highway meant traffic noise was very loud, especially at night. We stayed for two nights in January 2025 with our children, so I can't say anything about the pool or garden beyond using the barbecue. Cleanliness was a real disappointment. The floors were stained, the windows dirty, pillowcases torn, and the sheets and towels smelled like they'd only been rinsed in the washing machine. I asked the landlord twice beforehand about cleanliness and explained that we'd be bringing children, but what we found wasn't pleasant. Hygiene was very inadequate.

BAHAR VILLA 2 The house itself was lovely, with a good location, usable rooms, and a nice garden. The homeowners were kind before and during our stay, and the other rooms and bathrooms were clean. Still, the kitchen was very poorly cleaned, and the pool was our biggest concern. It was so cloudy when we arrived that we couldn't see the bottom. We were told, in very unhealthy advice, that the water was being recirculated and would clear up if we got in. Our children did go in, unfortunately. I contacted Mr. Berkan several times, but he only added chlorine, and the water stayed cloudy for three days. Thankfully, Mr. Hüseyin later deep-cleaned it and fixed the problem. We really appreciate how kind and responsive he was, how quickly he handled what we reported, and how honestly he explained things while taking his work seriously. We were satisfied overall and plan to choose this villa again next year.
