Chalet Sapanca

I wouldn’t recommend this place. It felt old and neglected, the jacuzzi and lights didn’t work, and everything seemed very low quality. A bad stay.

We had a hard time leaving, my wife and kids were so happy here. Privacy was well maintained, and the kitchen and barbecue gear were fully equipped. The place covered all our needs, with cleanliness, breakfast, friendly attention, and good service all together. Its unusual location puts it beside the city and in the forest at the same time. Thank you so much.

A fun place to unwind, and the owners are friendly and understanding. It was a different experience for us, and the location is really convenient. The pool would be better with hot water. Come on, come on. 🎇🎆

The chalet’s setting is beautiful, but the service was very poor and I won’t return. The access roads were in bad shape, the chalet wasn’t very clean and had cobwebs, and there was a lot of trash out front. The pool was green, though it was winter, so that was okay. The swing was broken, and the water stopped running at night. Breakfast was promised for the morning but never showed up. I hope they take these comments into account and improve their service.
