We were not satisfied at all, though the sheets, duvets, and towels were spotless, the kitchen utensils were clean, and breakfast was quite sufficient. The location is nice, close to the center and especially Bağdat Street. A few things that could be improved: The cats are fierce, aggressive, and numerous, so this would be a very difficult holiday for anyone sensitive to cats. We were warned they scratch and that they need to be vaccinated. It’s absolutely unsuitable for five people. We paid 1,000 TL more per person than the normal accommodation price because we were a group of four or five, but there were only two towels in the bathroom for two days. The sofa felt like sleeping on iron, and we couldn’t sleep because of back pain. I wish we’d been told about that beforehand. The fireplace costs extra. I was shocked to find that, after paying 17,000 TL for two nights in a bungalow, we were expected to buy liquid to keep warm for 3-4 hours, with 1.5 liters costing 150 TL. The liquid was eventually provided free, but after we lit the fire we couldn’t breathe. We didn’t know whether there were chemicals in it. We opened all the doors and windows and couldn’t sit down because of headaches. Instead of warming up, we nearly froze while trying not to get tipsy. After using the pool, we had to walk barefoot to the bathroom to change. There were no slippers, mats, or mops, the wooden floors got wet, and one of our friends slipped and fell. There was nowhere to hang wet clothes, though putting up a clothesline doesn’t seem difficult. People even left bikini bottoms in the trees while trying to dry their swimsuits. The sun loungers shown in the photos weren’t at our bungalow, either, and seemed to have been added as accessories. The kitchen had a plastic kettle, which would’ve been better without. One more reminder: I have the right to receive an invoice when paying by bank transfer. I won’t go into detail, there are VAT issues. Maybe they’ll take these criticisms into consideration and change some things.

We were four people, and Mr. Sinan took great care of us from the moment we arrived. There was nothing we needed that he hadn’t thought of. Privacy was well maintained, with everything enclosed, and the small details had been considered. The pool was warm morning and evening, and its lights stayed on nearly until morning, so we could enjoy it at any time. Breakfast was served buffet-style rather than in a simple box, with lots of tasty options. Thank you for everything. 🙏🏻

The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the pool was clean and just the right temperature. The garden was spacious, full of trees and plants, and had a pleasant natural feel. The interior was lovely, and the furniture, bed, and bathroom were spotless. We chose the place based on the reviews and were pleased. It’s also a great option if privacy matters to you.

The management dealt with a few minor issues during my two-day stay at Chill Sapanca in a solution-oriented way, and I was very pleased with that. It was a calm, peaceful holiday, and the breakfasts were especially amazing. I can wholeheartedly recommend the place, and you should definitely try the breakfast.
