Eight Sapanca

The staff were genuinely attentive. When we said something was missing, they brought it right away with a smile. There was plenty of breakfast, too. They sent enough for six, though four would've been sufficient. The pool was quite warm. The house sits among the mountains, and it gets very windy, especially at night, so having a fire in the garden is a must in my view. There was a big sack of wood on arrival, and after that you could buy as many large sacks as you wanted at a much more reasonable price than elsewhere. We were eight people in two families, and the house had plenty of room and everything we needed for daily use. It was worth the price, and we were very happy with both the house and the staff's care. I'd absolutely recommend it. If I return to Sapanca, I'd stay here again.

The pool was steaming and ready to use around the clock, which made it great even in winter rain and sleet. Breakfast was included and very satisfying. Mr. Mehmet also wouldn't hand over the pool without giving it a thorough clean, even though it was already spotless when we arrived. Everyone was helpful, and they seemed friendly and trustworthy. I was there with my family in January. The only downside was seeing two cats fighting by the pool :) Heavy rain kept us from using the barbecue, though everything was prepared. The fire pit, jacuzzi, and especially the fireplace were all available. Thanks again for the service. I hope it stays this way. I'd recommend it to anyone considering a visit.

We stayed in February and the house was so warm that we never felt cold. It has three heating options, the water was plentiful and very hot, and the pool stayed warm day and night. A heated outdoor pool was a first for us, and we loved it. Everything was spotless, the beds, duvets, and pillows were comfortable, and nothing was old, broken, or malfunctioning. The hairdryer was good enough that you don't need to bring one. There was a crib for families with babies, and the TV had YouTube and Netflix. Breakfast was sufficient and arrived at the door around 10. The fireplace was a lovely experience. It was a peaceful, quiet two-day getaway, with nothing missing. Mr. Mehmet was kind and helpful. Everything was wonderful, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Thanks so much, and we hope to come again.

We stayed as two families, eight people altogether, and everyone was comfortable. The rooms worked well, with hot and cold water available all the time, and breakfast came hot and on schedule. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to answer requests. Even with freezing temperatures outside, the kids could play in the heated pool for hours. There's good value for the money, and lovely nearby spots for views and prayer. I'd highly recommend it for a safe, peaceful, fun stay with family or friends in a home-like setting. The villa felt brand new, and everything was spotless. It had underfloor heating and air conditioning, so we had no trouble with temperature or ventilation. The fireplace could be seen from inside and outside and added warmth. Outside, there was a heated pool with great lighting, a barbecue area, lots of tables and chairs, room to sunbathe, and a purpose-built fire pit for evenings.
