The location is lovely, and the staff were kind, helpful, and provided excellent service. Breakfast was included, and the price felt very fair for everything on offer. A great hotel, and I'd happily recommend it.

I felt welcome from the start and really enjoyed staying here. Breakfast was generous and tasty, always brought out with a smile. My room was bigger than I expected, clean and bright, with its own balcony. The shower was simple but roomy and very tidy, and the hairdryer worked. I appreciated having a kettle and fridge in the room. It's right in central Kas, close to lots of restaurants, bars, and shops. I'd gladly come back and recommend it.

We found the room comfortable enough and clean, and the owner and staff were genuinely helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with enough to put together either a traditional Turkish breakfast or a full English one with beans and sausage. Mimosa is a good value bed and breakfast, and I'd definitely think about staying again.

The rooms were spotless, the staff were sweet, and breakfast was delicious. We felt right at home, and the warm welcome made us add another day to our holiday. It was my first time in Kaş, and I'm heading home very happy. I especially enjoyed watching the center of Kas from the balcony on some evenings. It's a great base for exploring Kas, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant central stay. Thanks so much for everything!
