The location was okay, but the room was basic and hadn't been cleaned properly. The hotel needs maintenance, and the green pool was unusable. There was even water dripping from the ceiling. The lake view by the restaurant was disappointing too. There's no elevator, and the price feels too high for the quality and standards. They also need to make more effort with languages, especially English.

We won't be coming back. The room and breakfast were okay, but we came to rest and couldn't do that. Nearby hotels hosted weddings, with loud music going until midnight. The staff said it was another hotel and another owner's responsibility, and they couldn't do anything about it. For activities, there's just one pool, and the water was so cold we couldn't stay in it longer than three minutes. I don't understand all the positive reviews.

We came back for a second stay, this time in the Loft room, and the lake view was great. The first time we stayed in a bungalow, which was pleasant too. Breakfast was generous, and we enjoyed the restaurant. Ufuk and the reception staff gave great service, and there was nice ambient music outside.

Our room was quite small, though clean, and the lake view was lovely from both there and the restaurant. We had plenty of room to park. When we arrived that afternoon it was quiet, but since we were there over the weekend, the hotel's wedding venue got busy and noisy by late afternoon.
