The villa is lovely, with the stream audible all day, and the place is a big one set in nature, only 16min from Sapanca lake. The breakfast was generous and lovely. Service was great from Nuray and Ozge at custimer service, and Ismail and Sawash at restaurant. We felt very safe at night. I saw a review saying someone felt unsafe and the curtains weren't good enough, but that wasn't our experience at all. You're surrounded by nature, and Turkey is a lovely safe place. The pool was great for cooling off during the day, and the kids enjoyed it. It's super calm and serene, and we'd come back again and again. It's a large place and not always fully occupied, so there may be only 2 or 3 other families around. If you prefer having more people nearby, coming in a group might suit you better. There are 3 large dogs roaming around. They're friendly, but staff can keep them away if you don't like dogs. The villa is a bit on the high price.

It's a place I'd really recommend trying if you're after a break from city noise. The nature and fresh air make it a very healthy environment, and the attentive service makes you feel at home. Special thanks to everyone who runs the place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel by the river. The quiet surroundings and amazing view were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good too. I'd come back.

Peaceful and quiet, surrounded by nature, this place is about 15 min from the sapanca lake and 20 min from the sakarya town. Breakfast was great, and the staff were very helpful and did all they could. Good for families, friends, and couples. Highly recommended.

The mountain views are awesome, and even though the place is far from other places and markets, it's a great setting. We booked a deluxe villa and a room. Both were superb, and the villa was well equipped. The staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurant food was the one thing I'd criticize. It was pricey and not that good. They called it an open buffet, but we only got one portion. Since the property is far away, you can't get food somewhere else. Apart from that, the place is worth trying.
