Relax House

Great location, and the team is just as good.

We stayed one night about three weeks ago, and I don't think I'd pick this place again. The jacuzzi and bathroom were clean, but the general cleanliness wasn't great, and the kitchen was poorly equipped. Even the pot we tried to use was greasy and unclean. The pool wasn't as hot as promised. We told them, and someone came to fix it, but it barely changed. They also said the house key had gone missing with previous guests and couldn't find a solution. That left us feeling very uneasy when we went to sleep.

I usually take my family somewhere different each year, and this time we chose RELAXHOUSE. The service was excellent and the place was spotless. Thank you so much for everything, Zeynep Hanım. I'd especially recommend it to everyone. People who go won't regret it, and those who skip it will really regret it.

Set in nature, with a lovely place to stay and such a friendly team. I was very pleased with the service. They responded fast and helped straight away, so I'd happily recommend them.
