The place itself is very pretty and pleasant, but the service let us down badly. We had power cuts on both nights of our two-night stay. They left us some candles, but they were half used and ran out quickly. More were promised but never arrived, so we ate in the dark by phone light both evenings. When we called the owner about the problem, they kept saying it wasn't their responsibility, and the owner was rude, even scolding us when we asked for something. We also contacted the business to explain how unhappy we were. That evening the owner told us, “I want you to leave my house right now.” We had come by bus, or we wouldn't have stayed another minute. They did try to help with the outages, but couldn't solve them, and spoke rudely when they couldn't. We asked for candles, and the shopkeeper said she'd contact the store, but never got back to us. Our long-planned holiday was a huge disappointment. Think twice.

The garden and pool were nice, though the water felt a bit cold even though we went in August. The place was clean and tidy, and the staff were attentive and keen to help. When I mentioned the internet wasn't working, they worked on it at 11 pm, which I hadn't expected, and got it fixed.

The price was especially good, and we had a very comfortable, clean two-night stay with a nice jacuzzi. The owners were always reachable by phone and dealt with any issue, including one caused by other people, right away. They're a good, kind family, and we recommend them to everyone. You can walk around comfortably in the garden without any problem, which I mention especially for conservative families. We can't wait to come back.

You can book with peace of mind. The owners are a lovely, polite couple who pay close attention to guests, and the place is attractive in both its design and location. It also has all the household supplies you could think of.
