Really bad service. The toilets were damaged and unusable, there was no water, no AC, and no lights. I don't recommend it.

The atmosphere was nice, but the service was poor and there was no privacy.

We booked a villa for a week about a month ahead, but the place was a complete letdown. The inside and garden looked beautiful, yet cleanliness was awful: the place was filthy, and the towels and bedding were stained and smelled bad. There weren’t enough staff or service, either. Breakfast was nothing like the photos. It came cold and stale, tasted bad, and the portions were inadequate and carelessly put together. Getting there was a problem from the start. The road was full of potholes and mud, enough to damage vehicles, and parking was poor with no decent lot. The prices are outrageous for what you get, from 8,000 to 13,000 TL a night. That’s far more than a conservative all-inclusive 4-star hotel in Bodrum. The operation felt unprofessional, like a mom-and-pop setup. They generally push prices toward Arabs. This isn't a business worth its salt. Service in Turkey has been poor for the past three years, and there are only a handful of ethical businesses that care about their work. If it weren't for the Arabs they dislike, they’d be completely bankrupt with this quality and these exorbitant prices. They should be grateful to Arabs.

The garden was lovely, the pool was clean, and the setting was quiet and close to everything. We came with two families, four adults and four kids, from July 26-28, and the natural surroundings made for a nice concept. But a lot went wrong. The floors were dirty when we arrived, with hair, flies, and dead bugs, so I cleaned them myself. Hot water took hours to come on, and I had to wash my baby in cold water. Breakfast was supposed to arrive at 10 a.m. It finally showed up at 11:30, after I asked and called four times, even though they knew there were four children. It was a mess, and there wasn’t even tea. For the amount we paid, we expected much better. We would have brought our own food if we’d known. Afterward, we asked for the house to be cleaned, but no one came until after 4 p.m. They apparently tried with a handheld broom that had no suction. Water kept leaking from the upstairs bathroom into the room below, where it soaked the outlets and refrigerator. On the second day, manager Ms. Zeynep said the problems were because she’d been away and promised not to let us leave until we were satisfied. But the service didn’t improve after she arrived, and a place advertising this level of service should run properly even without its manager. We left the next morning without waiting for breakfast. They said breakfast for children would cost 250 TL each, which was ridiculous. The whole operation felt amateurish, and nothing was done to make us happy. We were embarrassed in front of the friends and family who visited. I don’t recommend it. There are more professional places at this price, and the service should match the claims in the ad.
