It’s a quiet spot with a lovely view, and we had a nice stay overall. If you’re a couple looking to get away from crowds and busy city life, it’s a good place to enjoy nature. The staff were friendly and professional, and service was smooth through WhatsApp with reception. They have tea, coffee, a thermos, and a Smart TV for mirroring a movie. There’s a jacuzzi too, but I couldn’t use it because the weather was a bit cold. The food was good. It is far from services, though, so you’ll definitely need a car or taxi, and the bathroom ventilation is poor.

This was a disaster for us. The house and yard were dirty, and when we turned on the hot tub, dead skin was all over it. One curtain was missing, and the outdoor table hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests. The shower door was broken and nearly fell on my girlfriend. She managed to hold it, and I rushed over to help. I don’t want to think what could have happened. The air conditioner couldn’t support the whole place. We couldn’t run it and the lights at the same time, and the electricity went out completely in the middle of the night when it was 4-6 Celsius outside. We tried to reach the facility manager but got no reply, so we had to leave by ourselves at 5 in the morning to avoid freezing. The next day, the managers ignored our messages about a refund. If you want a holiday in Siberia, this is the place!!!!

In 2023, I liked the place and the view, but didn’t feel there was enough privacy. The bungalows are close together, so you can hear the neighbours and they can hear you. Maintenance was lacking too: the sink was clogged, some lights didn’t work, and there were insects inside. Still, the jacuzzi and the view made it a decent experience. In 2024, I stayed in the newly built wooden bungalow with a swimming pool. The view was still nice and the service had improved, though I found the pool too small and would have preferred a bigger one. Even so, it was a great experience. Thank you.

We booked two nights, but when we arrived late for check-in, the bed smelled and wasn’t clean. They immediately asked us for tips, and there was no restaurant service. We left for another resort straight away, even though we’d paid for both nights.
