Nevras Resort

Getting there was the only drawback. The villa sits high on a mountain, the roads are steep and winding, and you need a private car or taxi to reach it. Once there, we had a wonderful time as a family. The villa was spotless, and the large pool was well cared for. Breakfast was generous and tasty, especially if you’re not expecting hot food. I’d love to return.

The private pool was the one thing we enjoyed, since it gave my family and me a quiet place to relax together. Everything else made for a regrettable stay, and I can’t recommend this hotel. We found the property dirty and poorly maintained, with ants in the kitchen that weren’t properly dealt with. The Wi-Fi was so weak it was nearly impossible to stay connected or do basic online tasks. Hot water came and went, and one toilet had no water for half a day. Service was also poor. Staff were unhelpful and unresponsive, and didn’t resolve our concerns or give satisfactory assistance. Given all these problems, I’d advise against staying here. I’d also be cautious about positive reviews on platforms like Google, as some may be fake and intended to improve the hotel’s image.

The rooms were clean and well kept, but the breakfast quality was below par and needs improvement. Room service also fell short of what I’d expect from a hotel. The road to [Navras Resort] is in poor condition and feels like a safety hazard, so it needs urgent attention. Better service and breakfast would make the guest experience more enjoyable. Thank you.

The people were generally friendly and good. The location is nice, though a little hard to reach and far from services. The office is also some distance from the villa, so they took a while to arrive when needed.
